Help Shape the Future of Community-Based Primary Care The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services at Archer Family Health Care (AFHC), a nurse-led rural health clinic operated by the University of Florida College of Nursing. As a key member of an integrated, interprofessional healthcare team, the ARNP delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic health conditions. Working within an integrated model of care, the ARNP collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, social workers, students, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized, patient-centered plans of care. The incumbent contributes to improving access to high-quality healthcare services for rural and underserved populations while supporting coordination of care across settings and disciplines. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position requires flexibility to work assigned shifts during the clinic's operating hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week. Work schedules may vary and are subject to adjustment based on patient care needs, clinic operations, staffing requirements, and coverage needs. Candidates must be willing to participate in schedule changes, shift exchanges, and other staffing arrangements necessary to support continuous, high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. |

$115,000 annually |
| Required Qualifications: |
Masters degree with a major in nursing or another health-related area. Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in accordance with Chapter 464, Florida Statutes. |

Doctor of Nursing Practice preferred. Board certification or eligible to apply for exam as a Family Nurse Practitioner Two years of primary care experience, rural health care experience, precepting experience
