Join the UF Performing Arts venue production team as OPS Event Staff! As event staff, you’ll help ensure our events run smoothly, safely, offering exceptional customer experiences. Our Event Staff team members are key members of our Front of House venue team responsible for a positive patron experience from parking, access control, wayfinding and so much more! Event Staff support the Manager on Duty (MOD) carrying out various front-of-house and occasional back-of-house event activities including but not limited to:

UF Performing Arts expects all employees to follow UFPA venue policies and procedures, work safely, perform duties as needed based on workload, maintain a positive and respectful attitude, communicate consistently, and demonstrate effective time management, reliable attendance, and punctuality. Event Staff are expected to maintain the UFPA standard for dress code and attendance or shift scheduling.
This is a part-time, hourly position with variable scheduling predominantly on nights and weekends, with occasional daytime and holiday hours. Must have reliable access to transportation. Anticipated interview dates in late August/early September with tentative start date of September 11th 2026. |

$15.00-$17.00 commensurate with experience |

This is a part-time, hourly position with variable scheduling predominantly on nights and weekends with occasional daytime and holiday hours. Average hours are approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly. |
