The University of Florida Alumni Association is seeking an Assistant or Associate Director of Alumni Volunteer Engagement to help energize and grow its network of Gator Clubs® and Affiliate Groups. Reporting to the Director of Alumni Volunteer Engagement, you will partner with alumni leaders to create engaging programs, strengthen volunteer communities, and foster lifelong connections to the University of Florida. From supporting signature events to empowering volunteers with the tools and resources they need to succeed, you will play a key role in creating experiences that inspire lifelong engagement, bring the Gator spirit to life, and strengthen the reach and impact of the Gator Nation. | Expected Salary: |
Assistant Director: $55,000 - 65,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience. Associate Director: $70,000 – 78,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience. Exceptional Benefits We Offer
