Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in appropriate areas of specialization and four years of experience. |
| Preferred: |
Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education, or related field. Qualified applicants should have graduate or professional experience in student affairs. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with collegiate conduct systems preferred. Evidence of establishing effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff and external constituents. One to three years professional experience preferred. Some knowledge or experience with mediation, restorative justice, or other conflict resolution model preferred and two years of appropriate experience. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience working with new student programs or parent & family initiatives preferred. |
