    Job Description:

    UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated, part-time Microsoft 365 Administration Intern to perform entry-level work on Microsoft 365 services within Infrastructure and Communication Technology, a unit within UFIT. This one-year, paid internship is designed to provide students currently enrolled in college an opportunity to learn practical skills and gain experience to propel them into a successful career in Information Technology.

    Employment with UFIT provides an excellent opportunity to work with other dedicated employees focused on understanding and interpreting the technological needs of the University of Florida’s innovative and inspirational community.

    This position is part of the ICT Collaboration Platforms Services team, which is responsible for administering the Microsoft 365 platform (including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) for the UF community. This position is primarily focused on performing entry-level work on service request tickets for the Microsoft 365 services. The incumbent will work collaboratively with a team of experienced administrators on the delivery of services, and provide excellent customer service to the UF community.

    Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:

    • Working on assigned service request tickets related to Microsoft 365 services.

    Expected Salary:

    $15.00 per hour
