| Job Description: |
Provide legal advice regarding and handling public records requests, subpoenas and other records requests and authorizations.
Other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned. |
| Expected Salary: |
Commensurate with education and experience. |

| Preferred: |
The OPS-Assistant Counsel should preferably have experience working with or advising clients subject to Florida’s Public Records laws (including Fla. Stat. ch. 119 and section 1012.91), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and/or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The OPS-Assistant Counsel should be:

The OPS-Assistant Counsel position may be either a part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time position. The Office of the Vice President and General Counsel office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
