This position will develop aligned programs and projects including strategy, talent, research, and education activities in FLARE's Networked and Collaborative Systems and Software Enabled Functionality focus areas. |

$110,000 commensurate with experience |
| Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree and ten years experience. |
| Preferred: |
Master's degree and 15 years experience |
