| Job Description: |
The Clinical Simulation Operations Specialist / Simulation RN is a professional who integrates clinical nursing expertise with operational, technical, and educational support to advance experiential learning at the University of Florida College of Nursing. This position plays a critical role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high‑ and low‑fidelity simulation experiences within the Kirbo Innovation and Learning Laboratory. Simulation Operations & Technical Support
Evening coverage and scheduled weekend shifts may be required to support intensives, OSCEs, make‑ups, and maintenance activities. Occasional on‑call support may be needed during critical simulation events. Travel to other sites may be required based on operational needs.

| Expected Salary: |
$80,000-$90,000 commensurate with education and experience |
| Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred: |
• Master’s degree in Nursing |
