| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
This position is responsible for managing a team of Field Interviewers on an assigned project, and responsible for tasks related to the planning and execution of data collection. Accountable for the quality of data collected within the assigned region. Field Managers provide direction and support to our Field Data Collectors and are often involved in the hiring, training process, project planning, and goal setting. They are additionally responsible for managing production and cost targets while assuring data quality. This position is Full Time Field Manager position that reports to a Regional Manager (RM). |

Field Operations is primarily responsible for collecting data in support of NORC studies, in a timely and efficient manner, while meeting the highest standards for quality and integrity. Field collaborates across research areas, support departments to coordinate project plans, and ensure appropriate resources are applied to achieve data collection success. |

The pay range for this position is: $27.36 - $40.41. This position is classified as regular. Regular staff are eligible for NORC’s comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
