| Job Description: |
Conduct investigations • Conducts investigations for allegations of sexual harassment, including sexual assault, fondling, quid pro quo harassment, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence. Write investigative reports • Compile investigative findings in a comprehensive, fact-based report, clarifying report findings, and securely document and maintain investigative materials Process assessment and development • Monitor the Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Office response and investigation of complaints alleging Non-Title IX and behavioral violations. Responsible for compliance oversight • Assist with oversight of regulatory compliance related to records created and maintained through the investigation processes within the Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution team. Administrative Leadership & Coordination • Develop systematic approaches to enhance business processes and operations to align with strategic goals and objectives; Guide development of strategic plan and goals relevant to the area; provide general direction and leadership for goal accomplishment Develop reports, handle special projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned • Serve on Division of Student Life or University of Florida committees as needed
Normal Work Schedule • Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM with a 1-hour meal break |

$58,000-$65,000 |
