Classification Title:	Clerical Student Assistant
Job Description:	This position is located on UF’s East Campus and will assist T2 Center staff with various administrative and computer based duties. Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and mail merges as well as comfortability with data base programs and content editing. The candidate will respond to customer inquiries over phone and email, processing/filing paperwork, creating/sending certificates, taking meeting notes, creating flyers and agendas and assisting with reports and documents to support our training's, meetings, and project deliverables.
Expected Salary:	$16 per hour
Minimum Requirements:	• Excellent customer service and business etiquette skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, mail merge) • High level of comfort working on computer-based projects including learning management systems and databases • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals • Flexibility and ability to adapt and work in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:	Experience in a multi-disciplined, administrative or office setting
Special Instructions to Applicants:	This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) or Federal Work-Study (FWS) and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week Application must be submitted by 11:55 p.m. (ET) of the posting end date.
