This is a project pay position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions.
Unit Position Summary
Junior Program Lead for the MSU Ignite Program will assist with the implementation of the various activities during the 5-day program including the supervision and oversight of Program Leaders. Ensure Program Leaders are actively participating, facilitating, and interacting with the participants in many of the program's sessions. Assist with high-level day-to-day program needs, such as scheduling and communicating with campus partners and conflict resolution and escalation. Junior Program Lead will complete training from July11-12th and remain employed through the duration of the program on July 17th, 2026. The lead will be available during the duration of the program, assisting with the facilitation of summer bridge activities, produce social and digital media assets, assist with van transportation and participant supervision/instruction as needed.
