    OPS Micro-credentialing Facilitator

    Job Description:

    The Department of Psychiatry is looking for OPS Micro-credentialing Facilitators to assist in the Center for Neuroglial Development. The Micro-credentialing Facilitator is responsible for assessing participant performance, providing high-quality, actionable feedback, and ensuring consistent application of program standards across all competency domains. Facilitators evaluate learner mastery by using established rubrics, observation tools, and artifact review procedures, and support participants’ professional growth in working effectively and ethically with students with autism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and score participant work using established rubrics across all competency domains (e.g., ASD Support, Instruction, Strategic Behavior Support, Communication/Collaboration, Documentation, Safety & Crisis Response).
    • Review participant artifacts for accuracy, completeness, fidelity of implementation, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
    • Conduct observations to assess fidelity of instructional and behavior support practices, accuracy of data collection, professional conduct, and appropriate use of safety and crisis response protocols.
    • Provide clear, constructive, and timely written feedback to support participate learning and competency mastery.
    • Maintain consistency in scoring practices across participants and cohorts.
    • Uphold confidentiality, data integrity, and professional standards.
    • Communicate professionally and responsively with participants and program staff through Canvas and other approved platforms.
    • Participate in regular (weekly) meetings with program staff to ensure alignment, calibration, and program quality.
    • Support the ongoing development, refinement, and validation of competency mastery criteria as needed.
    Expected Salary:

    $19.00 hourly

    Required Qualifications:
    • Certified teacher (state certification required), behavior analyst, or speech language pathologist
    • Experience working in PreK-12 or related educational settings.
    • Direct experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder.
    • Familiarity with Canvas or comparable learning management systems.
    • Strong written communication and professional judgment skills.
    Preferred:
    • Autism-related endorsement, certification, or advanced training.
    • Five (5) or more years of professional experience working with individuals with autism.
    • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or evaluating educators.
    • Experience with performance-based assessment, competency-based education, or micro-credentialing.
