This Associate Director of Development reports directly to the Director of Development and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects for UF Health, including alumni, parents, friends, and faculty with a focus on gifts of $100,000 and above. Coordinate strategic research, data collection, planning, and cultivation to assist in identifying and soliciting new $100,000 and greater campaign prospects for the College of Medicine. The Associate Director of Development identifies College of Medicine resident/fellow alumni and former faculty for outreach and visit purposes in support of campaign goals and reunion giving. $65,000 - $75,000 |
Minimum Requirements: |
Master’s degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license as this role will involve extensive travel. |
