The Finance and Operations Data Management Analyst at the University of Florida's College of Medicine is pivotal in enhancing the institution's strategic and operational effectiveness through expert data management and analysis. Key functions include maintaining the EPM applications, SQL databases, and creating analytic reports and dashboards in a variety of applications such as OneStream, Excel, and Power BI. This position also plays a crucial role in advising leadership on strategic directions based on data-driven evidence, thereby directly contributing to the College's decision-making and strategic planning efforts. Through collaboration and leadership, this position ensures that initiatives are aligned with the College's goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience. |
