The University of Florida College of Medicine is seeking an Associate Director of Distance Education to oversee online graduate programs within the Office of Graduate Education. Reporting to the Director of Graduate Education, this role manages program and course setup, develops and assesses a proactive and holistic advising model to guide online students from orientation to graduation, and establishes policies and procedures for distance education activities. This position requires a resourceful, innovative, and student-centered professional with leadership skills and the ability to work independently in advancing online education. Minimum Requirements: |
Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in appropriate areas of specialization and six years of experience. |
