Job Description: |
The Readiness Lead will be instrumental in supporting organizational change management efforts throughout UF’s “Empowering UF” ERP implementation project. This role involves preparing the institution for the transition by managing readiness activities and staff, coordinating with other key leads, and ensuring all stakeholders are well-prepared for the change. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management within a higher education setting and experience working with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Drive organizational readiness:

Expected Salary: |
$80,000-90,000, commensurate with experience |
Minimum Requirements: |
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
