Aids in maintaining quantitative and qualitative records for various types of experiential learning engagement for assessment and reporting purposes to demonstrate impact of experiential learning at the University. Manages database systems and tracking documents to maintain records of experiential learning initiatives across campus- including verifying and validating experiences. Provides follow-up to students, employers, and campus partners to maintain accurate experiential learning records. Responsible for tracking and reporting on student experience for campus stakeholders to share the university-wide impact of experiential learning. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of experiential learning trends and best practices. Facilitates career education workshops and designs resources for University of Florida students focused on strategies for gaining experience. Facilitates “pre-experience” and “post-experience” activities to provide reflective practices with students and partners. Collaborates on programming and outreach to student organizations, campus partners, and faculty to promote experiential learning on campus. Collects data on programs and resource usage to include in experiential learning reporting. Provides career planning services to all University of Florida students. Facilitates individual career planning appointments, drop-in services, and small group coaching to University of Florida undergraduate and graduate students focused on strategies for gaining experience (e.g. internships, volunteering, shadowing, global experience, research, involvement, co-ops, mentorship, leadership). Provides coaching, training, consultations, and educational resources for students, alumni, faculty, staff and employers. Delivers outreach presentations to classes, campus units, and organizations to advance experiential learning outcomes and share data. Works collaboratively with Experiential Learning team to review data- ensuring that University of Florida’s experiential learning policy and best practices are maintained. Maintains campus partnerships and facilitates programs/services to increase students’ access to experiential learning opportunities. Creates targeted messaging and marketing to students and campus partners about the importance of experiential learning. |

Minimum Requirements: |
Education: Master’s degree in an appropriate area or a bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience Training: Certified Career Services Practitioner (CCSP) to be obtained within the first year of employment. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
EDUCATION & TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, education, student personnel, or human resources (HR) |
