The Department of Business Administration in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a continuing-track instructor position in Marketing. The beginning date for the position is September 2025.

Candidates must possess a Masters’ or Ph.D degree in Marketing. Successful candidates will demonstrate the drive and vision to develop an innovative, cutting-edge instructional program and will be capable of teaching a wide range of marketing courses. Teaching load is typically a maximum of eight courses per year with potential reductions for service. This is a permanent position, renewable with increasing contract renewal lengths (starting at two years and moving up to five-year renewals). There are opportunities for promotion in rank.
