Job Description: |
The Shelter Medicine Program is seeking an Instructional Designer to support its educational programs for veterinary students and working professionals. These programs include online and in-person elective courses, field experiences, the Professional Certificate in Shelter Medicine, and conferences related to the care of animals in shelters and marginalized communities. Our ideal candidate possesses strong instructional design skills, including mastery of learning management software, and shares a commitment to creative and engaging pedagogy and the academic success of our students. Expected Salary: |
$25.00 / hour |
Minimum Requirements: |
• Education or equivalent experience in principles of pedagogy, adult learning, active learning, assessments, and universal design for accessibility. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
• Experience working with faculty teams for the development of new courses, major revisions, and maintenance editing. |
