Job Description: |
Provide administrative support to the College of Education in the area of student recruitment and graduate admissions. This position serves as a member of the EduGator Central/Student Services team and reports to the Assistant Director for Student Services. This position will assist in the advisement of prospective students and processing of graduate applications. Additionally, this position works with their supervisor, EduGator team, and program coordinators in the planning and execution of student recruitment efforts, including assisting in the design, creation, and distribution of materials, scheduling and implementation of student recruitment events, collecting admission and retention data, and representing the College of Education at recruitment events. Expected Salary: |
45,000 |
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with frequent interruptions, and pace the work to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a busy office environment with co-workers, students, and faculty; demonstrating good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of UF student and data systems and admission procedures beneficial. |
