This position is housed in the Dean’s Office, College of Public Health and Health Professions and reports to the MPH Program Director. Primary duties and focus include supporting the public health and general academic mission of the college. This position serves as the Applied Practice Experiences (APE) and Outreach Coordinator for Public Health Programs. This position also serves as the connection for university-based and community engagement. This is a highly professional position requiring daily contact with students, faculty, and members of the university and surrounding communities. The incumbent in this position performs a broad range of administrative and instructional duties in support of the Public Health programs, students, and faculty; and as such, must present a professional demeanor and attitude, maintain a high level of confidentiality related to sensitive issues, initiate problem-solving techniques, provide excellent and helpful customer service, and exercise independent and prudent judgment when completing the tasks and responsibilities associated with their duties. Service-Learning & APE Coordination This position provides oversight to the MPH Program APEs for both campus and online students. APEs include internships, practicums, and public health experience hours. Tasks include:

Expected Salary: |
$59,000 - $65,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field strongly preferred. |
