The Opportunity: The College of Journalism and Communications, Graduate Studies and Research Divisions provide one of the premier research division and graduate communication program in the United States. Our graduate program includes in-residence and online master’s degrees, graduate certificates, combined undergraduate and graduate degrees, and a Ph.D. program, while our research division supports grant and research activities within the college for both faculty and students. We are seeking an Administrative Specialist III to focus on financial management of the divisions and program organization for GAs and Doctoral students. Looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a culturally diverse environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must. Key duties:
