Job Description:

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services, boarding and grooming. Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services.

The part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) will primarily work at the small animal front desk. The CSR is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments.

Available Shifts:
Varying shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. Some weekend shifts required (with shift differential). May require working holidays (with premium pay).

This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.

Expected Salary:

$16.00 - $20.00 / hourly

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a Client Service position in veterinary medicine or a relevant field
