Job Description: |
The HR Systems Administrator oversees the daily operation of the SumTotal System learning management system (LMS) (branded as myTraining) and partners with units across UF and members of the dynamic T&OD team to support the creation of exceptional learning materials for faculty and staff. The LMS includes a diverse portfolio of programs, instructor-led and online training courses, certificates, and learning events. The HR Systems Administrator provides technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the LMS and liaises with partners and departments to add training into the LMS. This position provides tier 2 customer support and proactively identifies processes to improve LMS functionality and better meet customer needs. Location: UF Main Campus in Gainesville with 1-2 work from home days possible on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities:

Expected Salary: |
$60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience |
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Individual should have strong technical skills and effective communication skills. A strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement with the ability to think critically and problem solve. Be able to work autonomously and effectively collaborate within a team. |
