The UF College of Pharmacy Human Resources team is seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to support the College’s needs. Reporting to the Director and Manager of Human Resources, this role involves providing exceptional service and support to faculty and staff on various HR matters, including policies, procedures, classification, recruitment, hiring, payroll, visas, benefits, leave, and general employee support. The position also offers guidance on HR policies, procedures, payroll, recruitment, hiring, and immigration. The ideal candidate will adeptly handle both routine and complex HR issues. Expected Salary: |
$55,000-$65,000 annually Employment Benefits include:
