JOB SUMMARY: |
NORC is seeking a Research Director/Chief of Party (RD/COP) for USAID’s Research and Analytics for Development (RAD) contract. The contract aims to provide high-quality analytical and evidence building services to USAID/PLR and other operating units. The Research Director/Chief of Party will serve as the primary Contractor liaison with the COR as it relates to all aspects of the Contractor’s responsibilities under this contract. The RD/COP position is preferably based in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area, with the possibility of hybrid or remote working arrangements. This is a contract role and contingent on USAID contract award to NORC. |
