Job Description:

The Sun laboratory at the UF Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Florida is currently inviting applications for a Bioscience Level 3 position. This role is designed to support the extensive research activities within a large and dynamic laboratory environment. As a key support member of our team, the selected candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of our lab's research endeavors, which focus on uncovering the metabolic etiologies of various diseases, including neurodegeneration and aging. This is a long-term position requiring a commitment to contribute significantly to the laboratory's objectives and to work collaboratively within a large team setting.

Expected Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000; commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field and seven years of experience or Master's degree in biology or a related field with five year of experience. Doctoral degree in biology or related field with two years of experience.
