OPS Office Manager

The University of Florida Lastinger Center for Learning is seeking a Full Time OPS Office Manager. This position reports to the office Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Job Duties:

• Support office operations and procedures
• Point person for staff inquiries and requests regarding the office and project support
• Respond to employee requests promptly
• Communicate with supervisor, building owner, and cleaning services
• Purchase office supplies, following UF policies
• Process receipts, following UF policies
• Provide support for the supervision of Student Assistants
• Train Student Assistants
• Maintain office space to a high standard
• Distribute keys and maintain an accurate and up-to-date log
• Distribute parking passes and maintain an accurate and up-to-date log
• Greet and assist guests
• Answer phones
• Make coffee and ensure supplies are stocked
• Receives mail and packages, and processes packing slips
• Ship packages

As Needed:

• Light cleaning
• Support events
• Assist with projects
• Book and process travel
• Calendar management
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Assist with transitioning office spaces

$20.00 p/h
