The Opportunity Reporting to the Policy & Planning Analyst III, this position serves the mission of the University leading the efforts to enhance a culture of evidence, student-centered learning, and continuous improvement. The Learning and Organizational Development Specialist I (working title Instructional Assessment Coordinator) will oversee the student evaluation system as well as assist with the management of other teaching and learning initiatives and projects. The coordinator will support the Textbook Adoption initiatives through data collection, reporting, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders. Under general direction, the coordinator would develop and lead assessment workshops, training, and consulting support for faculty, staff, and administrators. This position works closely with academic department leaders, individual faculty, and university partners to further university goals.

$50,000 - $55,000 |
Minimum Requirements: |
Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. |
