Job Description: |
The Team Analyst works in tandem with the team and external stakeholders on a wide range of duties, including process documentation and mapping, communicating with end users to gather requirements and feedback, and performing testing. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and Research, to define business processes for the Workday ERP system. Performs analysis surrounding current and proposed processes and researches industry-accepted best practice business processes. Documents current and future state maps, standard operating procedures, system configurations, and other relevant information. Assists in the identification and implementation of process improvements and system optimizations. |
Expected Salary: |
$75,000-$85,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience. |
Minimum Requirements: |
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
