Job Description:

This role involves several key responsibilities related to human resources (HR) project management:

  • HR Program and Policy Management: Develop, update, and establish HR programs and policies. This includes revising existing policies and creating new ones to align with business needs and objectives. Maintain strong relationships with business units and key partner groups to ensure understanding of their needs and ongoing support for project activities.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Translate business objectives into actionable projects with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and success measures. Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders, and define criteria for project success throughout its lifecycle.
  • Meeting Facilitation and Communication: Lead project meetings, driving discussions to resolution and ensuring effective communication of project progress. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Change and Response Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and developing contingency plans to address them. Contribute to the development of HR project management best practices and tools to enhance project execution.
  • Post-Implementation Evaluation: Conduct project postmortems to assess project elements and outcomes. Use findings to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Ensure a seamless transition post-implementation, addressing any remaining project needs or issues.

Overall, this role requires strong project management skills combined with HR expertise to drive successful project outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.

Expected Salary:

$80,000 - $85,000 annually

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading projects and familiarity with project management methodology.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Experience facilitating large work groups.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.
