The UF Health Cancer Center is the 72nd NCI designated cancer center and the only one at a public university in the State of Florida. As a matrix cancer center, we span 11 of the University of Florida's 16 colleges, pulling together a world-class, multi-disciplinary membership of over 330 faculty and 150 staff to address the challenges of the cancer burden faced by the population we serve as we work together to find a cure. As the lead HR Generalist with the UFHCC, you will join our Office of Human Resources and serve as the primary HRBP for the Center. This is a critical, highly visible role on our HR team and is the leader of our People Operations unit. In your new role you will be responsible for:
This is position is ideal for candidates with established experience in HR who want to further their career in HR. As the lead generalist, a developed understanding of HR best practice and employment laws/regulations is essential to success in this position. Expected Salary: |
$67,500 - $75,000; commensurate with education and experience. This is a TEAMS position, and is eligible for a suite of excellent benefits, retirement options, and paid leave. |
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
