For Academic and Research institutes, gender equality is an important topic, and when advertising Academic Jobs, Research Jobs or Executive Jobs should be carefully considered during the recruitment ad writing process.


At Uni Roles we want to help Higher Education institutions to achieve their equality goals, so we've launched a new service to do just that.

  

What is GEARS?

GEARS is our Gender Equality Advertising Review Service. Employers who advertise their positions on Uni Roles can benefit from having their recruitment advert reviewed by our specialist in-house copywriter to assess it’s suitability in attracting the right target audience.

  

How does it work?

Simply send your intended recruitment advert through to our advert review team at [email protected] along with an overview of your desired target audience and we’ll review and optimise your advert for gender compatibility. We’ll then send it back to you for approval before listing the position.


Note: GEARS can only be used in conjunction with a listing on Uni Roles and the listing requirement should be confirmed at the time of submission for review.

 

How long does it take?

The GEARS turnaround time is 4-8 business hours.

 

What’s the cost?

Our Gender Equality Advert Review Service costs $49 per advert.
